Leader of a group of Kelvans who journeyed from the Andromeda Galaxy to the Milky Way and took human form in a conquest attempt in 2268. While in this form, Rojan and his crew succumbed to human weaknesses and were eventually overpowered by Kirk and his U.S.S. Enteprise crew.
