Best known today for her role as Dr. Allison Boake on Eureka, Salli Elise Richardson had her third role on television and eighth overall in the dual role of Fenna and Nidell, the mysterious women at the core of DS9’s “Second Sight.”

Now dropping her middle name and using her married name as hyphenated, Salli Richardson-Whitfield spent six seasons on the SyFy series, while animation fans know as the voice of Eliza Maza from Gargoyles.  The 1967 native of Chicago also appeared in I am Legend opposite Will Smith, and her TV guest spots include Stargate SG-1, CSI: Miami, and House.
