Starfleet doctor and mentor-of-sorts for the Enterprise-D's medical officer, Dr. Beverly Crusher. In 2352, Dr. Crusher interned with Dr. Quaice on Delos IV. Quaice was a passenger aboard the Enterprise-D in 2367, on his journey to Kenda II.
