Admiral Patterson
Executive officer at the Utopia Planitia Shipyards in 2371, formerly Kathryn Janeway's exacting professor of fractal calculus at Starfleet Academy. He developed a paternal affection for Janeway, and escorted her onto U.S.S. Voyager for the first time.
