Otrin
Otrin was a member of the ravaged Delta Quadrant race, who suffered radiation sickness due to an antimatter containment failure blamed on Friendship One, a probe from Earth. Otrin was treated by the Doctor and blamed the Voyager crew for his people's plight. He eventually became the leader of his people, taking over from Verin.
