A communications device used by the women of the second planet of the Taurean system. This device not only transmitted signals across interstellar distances, it was also equipped with a viewing screen capable of displaying remote scenes and objects, such as alien starships. Use of this device helped the Taurean women lure the U.S.S. Enterprise's male officers to their world in an attempt to drain and consume their life energies.
