Captain Lisa Cusak commanded this Federation starship. On the way back from a deep space exploration mission in the Beta Quadrant, the Olympia exploded in the Rutharian Sector. Captain Cusak managed to get away in an escape pod, only to crash on a remote planet. She died before a rescue party could reach her.
