One of the Chief Physicians at Sikla Medical Facility, on Malcor III. In 2367, Nilrem attended to an injured Riker after the Riker's surveilance mission of the Melcorians went wrong. Nilrem became the facility's acting director by complying with the security minister's medically- dangerous order to revive Riker.
