Human husband and wife and parents to Wyatt Miller, whom they raised on Betazed. As dear friends of Lwaxana and Ian Andrew Troi, the two couples sealed their friendship by the betrothal of their offspring, according to Betazoid custom. In 2364 the three Millers arrived on the U.S.S. Enterprise-D to complete the marriage custom. Steven proved to be a bit less staid than his wife.
