Lush, Class M site of a planned Federation colony, headed by engineer Carmen Davila in the initial planning stages -- until the Crystalline Entity kills her and another colonist while wiping out the surface and sending the terrorized group underground. Its plan included a school and arts center, centrally located among the residential pods, with a hospital and other community structures. The next wave of colonists would have followed in about six months.
