Widow of Tanugan scientist Dr. Nel Apgar. She accused William Riker of murder when her husband died in a suspicious explosion aboard his science station in 2366, but Riker was ultimately absolved when evidence showed it was Dr. Apgar who attempted to kill Riker and caused the explosion.
