Lt. Cmdr Albert tries to understand his son's death
Starfleet officer and father of Cadet Joshua Albert, who as a member of the elite Nova Squadron died in a flight accident in 2368. Lt. Commander Albert was present at the inquiry into his son's death, which initially blamed the cadet for pilot error. When it was revealed the Nova Squadron was attempting an illegal maneuver which was the actual cause of the mishap, Albert received some degree of exoneration by learning that his son did not die a coward.
