Entharan arms merchant. In 2374, Seven of Nine experienced false memories of Kovin violating her body by extracting nanoprobes. Despite the discovery of convincing evidence of his innocence, Kovin feared being railroaded. He died when his ship exploded during an attack on the U.S.S. Voyager .
