First officer of the Klingon attack cruiser Toh'Kaht. Hon'Tihl beamed off his ship just before it exploded, immediately after returning from an exploratory mission into the Gamma Quadrant in 2369. Although Hon'Tihl died shortly after beaming to Deep Space 9, his log entries were reviewed by station personnel in an attempt to learn what happened to the ill-fated vessel.
