Enterprise inside the Neutral Zone on stardate 44390.1, ostensibly for the purpose of taking on Federation Ambassador T'Pel for Romulan/Federation treaty negotiations. However, the real purpose was to deliver the covert Romulan agent Subcommander Selok — posing as Ambassador T'Pel — back to the Romulan empire.
