Tac Officer Chang
A Starfleet officer, in 2364, Chang conducted the Starfleet Academy entrance exam on Relva VII. Chang administered a variety of academic tests and psychological evaluations to four finalists, including Wesley Crusher. Chang presided over Wesley's first attempt to join the academy. But Chang could pick only one candidate, and that honor went to Mordock, who became the first Benzite to enter Starfleet.
