One of the MACOs assigned to the Enterprise NX-01 in 2153. Chang was a part of the mission to the Loque'eque homeworld, then later gets caught up in a factional shipboard confrontation caused by Captain Archer coming under the influence of Xindi-Insectoid hatchling biochemicals. (His first initial "D." can be seen on his MACO name patch.)
