Cassandra
Resident of a colony that settled on planet Orellius in 2360 and rejected modern technology. When the colony was discovered by Benjamin Sisko and Miles O'Brien, its leader, Alixus, sent Cassandra to seduce Sisko in the hopes that he would want to live there. Failing that, she was offered a chance to leave the planet, but Cassandra opted to remain with the colony, being a believer in Alixus' anti-technology teachings.
A sticky political problem becomes full-scale chaos aboard DS9.
