Enaran musician who was part of a group of colonists being transported to Enara Prime aboard the U.S.S. Voyager in 2373. Brel refused to believe that his people purposely exterminated a group known as the Regressives decades ago. (Note: "Jor" is a title used to address an elder Enaran man.)
