A Bajoran nationalist who was rendered mute by the Cardassians during the occupation of Bajor. In 2351, Baltrim fled with his companion, Keena, to Bajor's fifth moon, Jeraddo. He lived there peacefully for 18 years, as a farmer, with his friend, Mullibok, until 2369. It was then that the Bajoran provisional government performed a massive energy transfer from the molten core of Jeraddo, forcing evacuation of all the moon's residents.
