Having learned the dish from his restaurateur father Joseph, Benjamin Sisko offered to cook this stew for his wife-to-be Jennifer the first night after they met. Sisko must have made it often for Curzon Dax, since Jadzia was able to recognize it right away.
The DS9 Print is the only non-ship in our Ships of the Line series.
