An artist and resident of planet Aldea. Accolan and Leda planned to be the foster parents for Harry Bernard, Jr., who was one of the children from the Enterprise-D kidnapped by the Aldeans to perpetuate their race. Accolan taught Harry sculpture and helped bring out his artistic instincts, but the child eventually went back to the Enterprise.
