This was a tough one! It took longer to identify than any of the previous items.
Other guesses included Picard's artificial heart, the stone Data gave to Sarjenka, something Reman or "It's ugly as sin, so it probably belongs to a Ferengi" (thanks, Adam Behnke from Marietta, Georgia), or Seven of Nine's temporal lobe.
