Neelix is the most annoying(and ugliest) character in any Star Trek series. He even beats out Wesley Crusher from TNG.

Sadly, this is hard.  I would have to say Tuvok.  Bland, bland, bland.  He had much to learn from Spock and even T'Pol.

For the people who say that Kneelix is annoying.  Not all of the time.  They chose him to have a number of annoying and incompadible traits because they wanted an anti guinan thing going on.

In Star Trek the Next Generation, we can widly agree that Guinan served food, and gave good advice and fixed problems of personal nature.

In Deep Space Nine they wanted someone just as diplomatic, but basicly used everyone effectivly with the rest of the negitive effects of the series barrowing Worf and Cheif Obrien.

I believe they realized they had not achieved it correctly, the anti Guinan would have to be oppisite.  They decided once again to keep a male.  Someone who was just as tender as guinan, with a bad history but could NOT keep his cool about them.  They had him cook food like Guinan, but basicly serve food that wasn't well...you get the idea.  They named him moral officer, but could really never always keep inner peace, and finally they had him be a gung-hoe embassador.  Anyway, he was funny, and had a really good part on the show.  Cheers.

I'd say almost every character on Voyager was annoying. Although the show had its moments of tolerability and very few admirable characters, Voyager's cast just never did it for me.

First there was Janeway. She was stubborn as hell and extremely self-righteous. One of the things I never understood about the show was why she allowed Chakotay to be the first officer. He was a Mauquis criminal they were chasing to turn into Starfleet authorities and are the ultimate reason they became stranded in the Delta Quadrant. I understand if she wanted them to help out the crew, but to become commanding officers? It's just too unbelievable.

Then there's Chakotay, the blandest character in television history and probably the most annoying. The man had zero personality, while the whole acoochimoya thing was terribley irritating. At first, he was this devout Indian spirit believer, but as the show progressed he never once acoochimoya-ed again. He was by far the most annoying for me, and the fact that he was a Mauguis criminal out-running Starfleet ships to later become a devoted officer completely submitted to Janeway and Starfleet regulations was just ridiculous.

Tom Paris. Wow. He was probably the one I disliked the most when I first started the show. Not only was the man who played him a pretty bad actor, but his character was totally boring, and never lived up to his trademark as a "badass" or a "ladies' man". There was absolutlely nothing badass about this character, he never rebeled against Janeway or did anything to say "Wow, this guy's a total badass." Not even close! Nor was he that much of a ladies' man. All he did was have a crush on Kes for two minutes then marry B'Ellana and have a kid with her. Oh man, such a rebel! Not!

Harry Kim, the worst actor of the series. Terrible, terrible acting. You could never tell if he was happy, sad, angry, or anything because his expression never changed. Not only was his performance an atrocity, but his character was also extremely annoying. The way he would kiss Janeway's behind as well as be Tom Paris' little b***** was beyond irritating.

B'Ellana Torres. She was an interesting character at first, but later she just became this annoying little brat who constantly whined about being a Klingon. She was so easy to go for Tom Paris. I mean, come on! Sickening.

The EMH was my favorite in the beginning, but I later realized he was a selfish b***** who only cared about improving his program. He tried to abondon the ship and its crew on several occasions. He was willing to leave a ship stranded in the freakin' Delta Quadrant with no doctor except for the amateur medic Tom Paris. Seriously, how selfish can you be? Not only that, he was also a total perv at times. Yuck.

And as for Seven, she was my favorite character of the entire show. She was the only reason I watched the show, but in the last few episodes when she ended up with..wait for it.. Chakotay, she lost almost all credibility for me. The thing I admired most about her was that she was a tough single woman who, unlike everyone else, didn't need to be constantly coddled and slobbered on by a man. The whole Chakotay pairing up thing was ridiculous. Never once before those last episodes did they show any chemistry with eachother whatsoever. Ugh. Horrible. Seven, I am truly disappointed.

Feelings are irrelevant.

In defense of the EMH, he was basically used as a slave for the first couple of seasons. Furthermore, he had no good reason to want to get back to the Alpha Quadrant. If I was him, I'd probably have jumped ship the moment I got a mobile emitter.

Other than that, I never understood why Torres and the rest of the Maquis stayed on Voyager after they learned that they had no home to return to. I mean, didn't they BETRAY THE FEDERATION over those homes that the Dominion destroyed? So what's stopping them from leaving a ship onto which they had been pressed into service and starting new lives free from what they must have felt was Janeway's tyranny?

Both the Doctor and Neelix could be kind of annoying sometimes, but almost always to add humor or to add to the story.

I would have to say Harry. He was as annoying as Wessssley Crussher.

Always sucking up and acting so innocent and really, he could have been replaced by Seven of Nine, at least she is good looking.

Tuvok annoyed me. I know he is Vulcan and all but he literally had NO emotion, including a sense of humor. Idk if that was his character but it annoyed me.

Chakotay, definitely. He was kind of a worthless character, he didn't really do much but those vision quest thingys. Also, (and what I found was the most annoying thing of any character on any star trek ever at all, any time, like, ever), he rarely said a line without doing that heavy breathing thing right after. Seriously, watch an episode, ANY episode where Chakotay has more than one line and it'll be like this

Chaakotay - "Tuvok? (heavy breathing)

Tuvok - "Yes Chakotay?"

Chakotay - "Got a minute? (heavy breathing)"

Tuvok - "Of course."

Chakotay - "Thank you."

Tuvok - "What do you need?"

Chakotay - "It's about the captain (heavy breathing)"

I mute it when he's talking because it irritates me so much, lol.

Eh maybe Robert Beltran has asthma or something, if so, sorry, but if not, why would he do that ALL the time?
