Having made it to the second round of the costume contest at the Philadelphia Convention as a Borg, might there be a meet up of the Collective in Vegas?  There in the final round of that convention, two out of three costumes were from the Collective.  As such it naturally seems that much of the Collective will be in Vegas and a Meet Up would be in order. 

Also might others have a run down on the costume contest itself.  It seems it is mostly just decided by whoever the crowd cheers fo rthe most.  Thoughts????
