captain braxton used a temporal bomb to destroy the uss voyager ,what i want to know what effect would it have on a borg cube

ok the bomb destruction radius is 600 metres, borg cube size 3km per side according to one estimate,

would i be correct in assuming all that mini time distortion would totally confuse the borg leaving them unable to function
