Is there a wikia or guide something, explaining a ton of details on Romulan culture, regilion, superstitions, etc ?

I need it for reference, for a character I am writing for again. He is not military.

Memory Alpha has quite a bit of stuff, although the Romulans have never been as deeply fleshed out as the Vulcans or Klingons are.
