Look...As odd as it was, Lieutenant Worf and Counselor Deanna Troi had a brief love affair in season seven, then in the movie "Generations" they weren't together and in "Insurrection", Troi and Riker started loving again, and in "Nemesis" Riker and Troi got married and there was no reaction from Worf, so the question of the month is when did and HOW Did the Worf and Troi relationship end ? was it in a novel ? who has the answer ?

After that episode where Deanna became insanely jealous of Worf
and killed him, upon seeing him snog another woman. Troi then
attempted suicide. Beyond this episode, nothing was mentioned of
their relationship, that I can recall. But, surely, when Worf finally
transferred to DS9, that put the kabosh on whatever chances
their ill-advised encounters may have had.

It's probably obvious that Worf and Troi broke it off around the time Warf was transferred to DS9 at the end of TNG/Middle of DS9. The TNG movie Nemisis where Riker and Troi get married was made 3-4 years after the end of DS9, so Warf had already been married to Jadzia

lol, That was the episode in which their relationship first started. There were several mentions of it afterwards including at the very beginning of the last episode "All Good Things" where they were shown just coming from a romantic holdeck program together.

Understood! ... I stand corrected.

And whilst I know that Marina & Dorn
are best pals, and whatever else, they
should've found another reason for their
characters to spend so much time together!
That romance just never made any sense and
I was glad that it wasn't elaborated on, heavily ...

I guess it was just a fairly short boyfriend/girlfriend dating relationship which are obviously very common in real life. It demonstrated that not every Star Trek relationship with two main cast members has to be a long-term commitment that leads to marriage.

to answer the main  question, the relationship ended at the end of "all good things" with Worf and riker playing poker with the others.

Right, in that episode Riker said"Knowing what happens in that furure allows us to change things so that somethings never happen." Worf looks at him and says "Agreed." In the beginning of that episode riker ask troi out to dinner, but she was going with Worf and Worf felt guilty, so the Troi/Worf affair was ending at this point.

I remember even as a kid thinking 'Dang.....Riker would be with Troi even after she was with Worf!?!"

Couldn't help it. It was like a "Once you go black" stereotype taken to the next gen. I mean Worf was a mighty Klingon warrior, you KNOW Riker had to be self conscience about pleasing her after she had been with Worf!

Perhaps today is a good day to post!

Good question I guess it ended when Worf transferred to DS9. Although in Insurrection Worf seemed depressed at Riker and Troi's wedding especially when Data was singing Blue Skies.
