Looking to start a enterprise jumpsuit costume does anyone know where I can get a good accurate flightsuit as a base?

You might try an Army Surplus store... sometimes I've seen things like that at flea markets. You'll have to dye and alter it a bit, but it beats sewing the whole thing from scratch.

Yup! You can find flight suits in all the colors, including that nice blue. Just sew on some piping and add the patches and stuff. And don't forget that swagger!
