Trip has a sister killed by the Xindi who was younger than him. A brother mentioned in Fusion. Did he have another sister? Seems like in another episode it was mentioned.

The confusion of whether there is another sister is when Trip tells Archer his sister is missing, Archer seems to ask which.....

TUCKER: She may have been away. Architects take a lot of trips.
ARCHER: Older or younger?
TUCKER: My baby sister. When we were in school I made sure all the boys in her class got a good look at me. None of them ever messed with her.

This is why I personally believe he had another sister, as well as the brother mentioned in Fusion. Two boys, two girls for the Tucker family.

I think that with how close Archer & Tucker were, there would be a good chance that Archer would have known if Tucker had 1 or 2 sisters so the dialog you referenced would seem to imply 2 sisters. Also, there was an episode in which Trip was showing some pictures from his nephew's class. Although it is not certain, it could be inferred that it was the same class that has sent the questions that the officers were answering which would mean that 1 of Trip's siblings lived in Ireland.
