Anyone interested in serving on an Enterprise-era ship?

I'm interested in COing a ship in the Enterprise era, but before I approach one of the fleets or look into setting up a board myself, I wanted to see if there's any interest out there. If I can go into it with a few solid crew members, I think together we could make it soar.


Specifically, I want to explore the Xindi angle. Who they are, where they came from, why the Avians died, why we don't hear from them again post-Enterprise, what we can learn from them, etc. This would be a long-term (several seasons) storyline.

I am interested, that timeline was before anything of TOS, TAS, TNG, DS9 & VOY and it was quite fascinating, the angle that some episodes take was the thing that i didn´t like so much.
