I was just about to post the most thoughtful post about gun control that would have brought both sides together. My solution to the problem would have done away with gun violence and yet kept the NRA and the Biden group both elated. Now the thread is gone. No place to end the disagreements. Such a lost and waste!

IMO, that thread was not against the forum rules. At least they (temporarily) got rid of Somerled (again.)

I guess in his mad rush pushing the report button, he slipped and pressed the self destruct.

There's a kind of freedom in being totally screwed, you know things can't get any worse.

I know, I don't know what it was against. So they got rid of those annoying people? I just wish they'd get rid of the people posting stuff about transfering files from some cameras. They're really annoying.

Hey, I figured it out! The windows 8 thread is gone too. The posts started by the banned people are gone. Ambassadore started both topics, and now both are deleted.

That's new.... usually, when they can an account, just their posts disappear, not the threads they started. Either a glitch in their current software or a new policy.
