Where can you watch Voyager on tv/cable/direct tv?  Is it still at the mercy of Spike Tv?

I haven't seen it air on spike in several years. Not sure what channel to tell you. SyFy only seems to air TNG and Enterprise episodes, but there is always Netflix!

Netflix online has all Star Trek episodes. Watching Season 3 of Voyager as I write this.

its been a long time since i have seen it on tv thats why i bought the complete series over the last 2 years

Yes to Netflix. It also has a good amount of the movies. Remastered versions of the original series.
