In "The Outcast", Troi referred to "Federation Day" as a basis for a card game. She could've either been creating it on the spot or based it off an actual holiday. 


First Contact Day, which gives children the day off from school.


"Data's Day" mentioned the Hindu Festival of Lights".


Klingons have the "Day of Honor".
