I hadn't really watched any of TOS since i was a kid. But recently, i've been re-watching TOS, many of the episodes i have no memory of.
However, what a really really good show. Most episodes having very strong messages (especially the episode where Kirk is split into two versions).
It got me thinking, how Star Trek has lost that about itself. Especially New Trek. Its a shame really.

I grew up on the original, and to me all of the series and even the movies that have followed are pale imitations. The whole point was to send us into space so that we could learn something about ourselves.
