The US Navy apparently has an unmanned stealth drone that will be piloted by artificial intelligence, rather than (remotely) by a human pilot.  Some critics think this could be a bad idea.

The best would be when AI with associated thinking is tought a robot like Robonaut (R2) though.

It still receives orders. It's just way more automated. Fighter jets are already stabilized without input from the pilot. This isn't that big of a leap. It's still launched from and monitored by a carrier. Sure is cool-looking though.
