I have searched this website and the CBS website, and can only find a link to apply to CBS for the use of Star Trek for commercial purposes
However, I cannot find any guidelines on the use for external and fan websites, or to who to specifically apply to
Equally, I cannot find any details for the use on a Domain Name, which appears to have relaxed recently

Any and all advice welcome
