I had to do a google search on that one. It's called "Spookyfish", from the second season.

And now that you mention it, I'd totally forgotten that yes AU-Cartman was a good guy! (he still had a goatee though)

None of the DS9 mirror characters really stood out for me.

I felt that DS9's mirror episodes were particularly poor compared to the rest of the show. I'll say none. Wait, I'll say Mirror Odo because at least he died.
