Even if you've done this type of thing before, just humor me, as I was quite excited to have thought of this topic 

EMH as you already pointed out had "Please state the nature of the medical emergency."  He also had "I'm a doctor, not a (fill in the blank)."  Janeway "Now"

Captain Janeway to Seven in "Good Shepherd":  "I won't abandon a member of this crew, no matter what their problems might be."

With all due respect, unless you have somthing bigger in your torpedo tubes were going thru

Janeway- "Report!?" "Do it."

She says them the exact same way each time, without fail. 

this is only said once Janeway: "Where starfleet officers, weird is part of the job!" from the episode, Shatterd (i think)

"Red Alert!" -Captain Janeway

"Indeed" -Tuvok

Tuvok-"curious"

Janeway-"Report!" & "On screen" 

Chakotay-"akoochi mo-yah" lol

 Paris-"aye aye captain"

7-"That is irrelevant"

Borg-" we are the borg. you will be assimilated. resistance is futile"
