What about series 3 episode 5 (IMPULSE).

A part from the borg there has to be nothing more to be fearful of than a Vulcan out of control.

Impulse w/b my choice. Also, Regeneration and that one where Phlox is the only conscious person on the ship (or is he?).

Night of the Living Vulcans?

I couldn't stand that episode, honestly -- mostly because those constantly flashing lights were giving me a headache.

I think that's Dear Doctor -- good ep.

Regeneration (if I'm not mistaken) is the one with the Borg.

I would say "Doctor Orders" because there's nothing more scarier being left alone experiencing illusions.

What about Dead Stop? An automated space station that inexplicably repairs technology while running on the brains of dead people has to be one of the creepiest ideas I've ever seen... especially after you see it rebuilding itself at the end of the episode!

"In a Mirror Darkly Pt 1 & 2".

Such a dark, well acted two parter. And if I ever encounter some girl dressed up like Empress Hoshi on Halloween, I'm gonna give her my number.

I think "Impulse" was a pretty good thriller episode. I think it was also made around Halloween too.
