I have tried logging into the game multiple times but i keept getting unable to authenticate

Are you having problem with logging into their website too?


 


Make sure you're selecting the correct type of account - Perfect World or Cryptic,

There was a problem with the account server, but they fixed it about four and a half hours ago.

Yeah, I got shut out too. They got it fixed within an hour, though.


Hopefully it won't happen again anytime soon.
