Heard this on the news today but still can’t find an E-news version. Sorry.

Anyways………..

You know how some still continually and stupidly text while driving?
There are now rumors now of some group possibly making an app so that if someone texts while driving it can be detected by proper authorities. This would then be mandated by a government.

Would this be a violation of liberties and free speech if this truly gets implamented?

What do you think?

What about people who use the voice recognition feature so they can text hands-free?

I've heard rumor of this, but doubt it's going to go anywhere because it'll also stop everyone else in the car (who's not driving) from texting too.

I even saw a story about one city that wanted to outlaw texting while walking.....

Even if you're texting hands-free, your brain is still distracted, and can still cause an accident
