Now, don't quote me, since I'm not positivie.  It should depend on the class of ship.

Um, what? It didn't even have shields!


Anyway, I would say the Enterprise-E. The soverign glass seems to be more of a battleship, so it would make sense that it would have good shields. It also was the newest, so it probably had the newest technology.


However, the Defiant probably had good ones, since it was a battleship, and because of it's size, it would probably be the best protected.
