I am not sure where to direct this or exactley to whom but I ordered a poster of the "Boldly" print back in July, yes JULY of this year and I have since receieved two e-mail notification delay notices two months in a row.I contacted the person who e-mailed me via e-mail yesterday and just now by phone and I was informed that the vendor who is making the frames for the poster is having issues aquiring the correct frames. This was the case for all posters being sold through this website apparently.I am thouroughly dissapointed as a custoomer and a fan of Star Trek. So,my question to whom it may concern is WHY even put these items up for sale if you know this to be the case and keep everyone who placed a order in waiting?!I don't believe this is a good way to do business and also lose a lot of fans from ever possibly making purchases through you again with any confidence of ever receiving the item. For now,I am holding out, because I would love to really have that poster sitting on my wall at home. But I can tell you I will never purchase another item through you folks again.

Yea... I'm very disappointed with the Star Trek store too. A while back, they advertised a discount on one of their items and I ordered it. After several weeks (months) of waiting and me trying to contact them daily without any response, they finally sent out a notice that they cancelled my order due to inventory issues... I just went over to http://www.roddenberry.com and ordered the item from them.

I'm done with this website and it's online ordering partners.A REAL lack of any kind of follow up costimer service after pretty much just outright ripping me off.I expected better of you startrek.com. I'm going to blatantly blast you on FB and wherever else I see fit.
