While thinking of humorous names for ships, I started thinking about various foods.

Although Starfleet vessels usually have plenty of replicators on board, do you think it would be a possible idea to have a food ship, like the catering trucks that provide meals to worksites every workday?  The ship's sole mission would be to provide meals and food-supplies to various sites throughout Federation space.

It might also be fun to have a ship that is just for R & R--a floating party-palace!  After all, they have medical ships.  Why not have a fun ship?

A floating party ship does sound like a good idea...but some my argue that Risa already has that covered by being essentially an entire party planet

But, with Risa you have to bring yourself to the party. With the space party barge, the party can come to you!

Exactly, JK1701!  And, a food-ship (catering) could resupply ships with fresh food, not made by replicators.  That might be a nice change for travel-weary crews.
