By the 25th century, the surviving marquis would be really old. I don;t think they would feel much like fighting. And I doubt there would be a rebirth, because of Cardassia's change of government after the war.

Quite honestly, it wouldn't make much sense to have a mission about joining the Maquis. The game is about serving either the Federation or the Klingon Empire in their respective militaries, not about deserting them in favor of someone else.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Maquis faction at some point with all the playable races available, but I don't think it's going to happen any time soon (if at all).

Well Klingon miss deserting the Klingon Empire at all just help undergound moverment cause more problem UFP and Cardassion Union.

As for desrting you side UFP might more complex. I mean first might only misson or two before rejoin starfleet.
