I'll kick it off with:

Garak.

His character was (in my opinion) one of the most complex star trek has seen. I got the sense that beyond the lies and the mysterious facade lay a very vulnerable and sensitive man struggling with painful memories and circumstances. In my mind his heart was in the right place - that's why I love him.

Weyoun. I love is conniving ways and he seems so innocent when he does it. There is an innocent charm about him, and I enjoy listening to his voice.

I might as well add on a purely physical level - Bashir + Damar (though not necessarily at the same time ) and...strangely...Quark

It would have to start with Ben especially without hair. Very sexy. Why well i have always had a thing for a man that can hold his own and Ben can hold it down. You know what they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree so Jake, Jake a man who can make you laugh is a good one to have around. Dr. Bashir comes in 3rd what can i say i am sucker for a smart man.

In fact, Jadzia is one of my few favorite women in the whole of Star Trek. (The others being Crusher and Troi.)

Don't know if you could call it a "crush" but I still like Julian, mostly just 'cos... but also because he manages to maintain his integrity and is a kind man, but not portrayed as weak like many "nice guys" tend to be in fiction.
