Sometimes I think "The Measure of a Man" is the best of the whole series, but he might actually shine better in best of both worlds, of DataLore or Times Arrow, or many others

I think Data shines in almost all of the episodes. In Season 1 his character was barely developing in the series but in season 3-7 I noticed that Data had more character development especially the episodes that center- around Data.

good answer I to found that some of my fav data episodes were not actually "data episodes", like in "Lonely Among Us" or "The Long Goodbye" or as I mentioned "The Best of Both Worlds"

regard to his character, I think that was intentional, I cannot remember if it was season 1 or 2 in which Brent Spiner says the character (paraphasing) "was concieved to start out as the blank tablow(sp?); and then by the end of the series, be as close to human as possible, but still not."

I liked the episode with Lal, when i drew her i wanted to give her a dark, yet sad look

sad ending, but one of the best episodes even if not for char. development, I think I just blocked it our because it’s so sad at the end. Best part is Ricker's look when data says something like "Commander: what are your intentions towards my daughter" to which I thing he replies "Your DaUghTeR??????"

xXLadyDataXx Is one of those char. From the little mermaid? That was one of my almost step daughter (Iman)’s fav shows of all time, second only to the ugly duckling which she had me read to her every day for a year; she especially liked imitating the animal sounds back to me, which we could keep up for minutes just doing that if her mother didn’t break it up; but she also loved dancing to the Little Mermaid’s songs J
Now i've got to make an early b-fast and go back to writing comics, only about 35 more panels to go in the next 20 hours

"Brothers" and "The Offspring" (about Lal) were my two favorite Data episodes.

I have Ariel (The Little Mermaid) near Esmeralda (from The Hunchback of Notre Dame). The reason why I added Ariel to my signature is because The Little Mermaid is one of my favorite Disney movies especially the soundtrack to the movie.
I'm inspired by Disney to draw all of the Star Trek:TNG characters into Disney style
Wait you write comics!?

would love to see that. When i draw, i try to capture the right feel for the moment, while, i try to draw the eyes with a sence of determination, (only found if you stare long enough, believe me, all my drawings have it, if not a "I have a plan and i will be done" or "Qapla!" (which means sucess btw)) gives it a pulling depth where you may get lost, (at least thats what i try to do), even when i tryed to draw Data with his blank look that he gets while on the bridge, i subconsciously added that determination, and, the picture turned out great anyway... just dont stare too long at it or he starts to look like a human.
LIVE LONG AND PROSPER STAR TREK!!! LIVE LONG AND PROSPER!!!! QUAPLA!!!
