I love funnel cakes. But I would love to try fried twinkies and fried snickers.

I love popcorn, churros, cotton candy, and funnel cake

Along the same lines here, are there any fair foods that you just can't eat anymore?  You know, like some that you used to be able to eat and you loved but now if you eat them you pay for it later?

One for me is the postao ribbons.  I can still handle them if I eat them around lunch, but if I eat them around evening then I'm up all night.

I cant get enough of foods from other cultures because people use with what they have around and can come up with weird combinations.

I love plantain chips made fresh, thai coconut bitterballs, asian shrimp chips (pink)

I was at a cook-off contest and a gal used plantain in her chili.  It was quite good really!  But the guy that used soybean flour for his raspberry crepes had one of the best tasting deserts!!

Another fair food I love is the Indian tacos and elephant ears!!  Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

The crepes were so yummmy!!  He had reaspberry preserves (that he made), raspberries and he drizled both honey and melted chocolate on the crepe and topped it off with some real whipping cream and a fresh raspberry and a few slivered almonds and a light dusting of powdered sugar  :: sigh :: I'm making myself hungry just thinking about it! LOL

I always liked the big ass corndogs but not the 6.00 price. The cheesecake and creampuffs are my favs at the wisconsin state fair.

There was this one State Fair I went to that served the best funnel cakes.
