Star Trek Specials on DVD

Does anyone else wish the Star Trek TV specials would be released on DVD?  I still have Leonard Nimoy's Star Trek Memories, William Shatner's Star Trek Memories and the Star Trek 25th Anniversary Special on VHS but I think it would be great if a DVD was released with all of them on it.  I assume maybe there would be some problems with rights between CBS and Paramount but I hope they'll look into it!
